Practical Project
With a wide range of workshop facilities available, students work on a variety of practical hands-on projects.
There will always be a demand for engineers to find solutions to human needs and improve quality of life. Engineering degrees develop skills in identifying and analysing problems, conducting research, applying scientific and mathematical knowledge, identifying and understanding constraints such as cost, time, risk and practicality, communicating ideas and transferring information, innovative thinking, testing, decision making and computer skills for generating specifications, simulating designs and analysis.
